I did a lot of things to fix my thinning hair problem, but the BEST thing I did was that I tried Provillus. Now, it is not the ONLY thing you should use or do if your hair is thinning, but it does help the problem a lot. Read on further to find out exactly what else I did to reverse and cure my thinning hair.

I know exactly how it feels to be a thinning hair women, as it happened to me! Every day I would check my scalp, looking for signs of new hair growth, fearing that my hair would look even more sparse than before.

Along with Provillus, I also changed my diet a lot. I cut out all the junk, processed rubbish, and started eating a lot more fresh fruit and vegetables. I increased the amount of exercise I was doing (and tried to do more exercise outside in the fresh air rather than stuck in a stuffy gym), and did more meditation and de-stressing techniques.

I have to admit, it took time before I could see a real difference. At first my hair looked strange, as short stubbly bits of hair started regrowing where my hair was at its thinnest. I ended up cutting my hair quite short (which I hated), as it started getting so much thicker at the roots, making the rest look even stringier!

Fortunately, my hair is now reaching a more "normal" length (for me, anyway) and you can no longer see my scalp!! YAY!

Have a look around the website for more information on thinning hair and what you can do about it. I would advise at least giving Provillus a trial BUT don't rely solely on it. It is necessary to understand the cause of your hair loss, and not just treat the symptoms. I would always advise looking into your diet, how much exercise you get, and how stressed you are.
