What all Thinning Hair women Should Know
A lot of women fear that once they start losing their hair it will never stop. However, countless women have restored their thinning hair and now happily boast gorgeous locks of hair once again. Now, this may seem difficult, but the first thing you have to do if you have thinning hair is STOP stressing about it! As stress is one of the biggest causes of thinning hair in women, it’s obvious that the more you stress, the more of a problem you’re likely to have.

Another important factor in hair loss is diet. While many women hope that there’s some miracle supplement that will reverse their hair loss immediately, it’s not always that simple. Now, there ARE supplements that can be useful in reversing hair loss (Provillus is an excellent example), but with thinning hair you need to get right to the cause of the problem.
The female body isn’t designed to lose massive quantities of hair, so when there is massive hair loss it suggests that the body itself is not healthy. Now, the human body is a wonderful thing, in so many ways. And one of the most wonderful things about the human body is that it is designed to heal itself! We have been brought up with the belief that in order to heal illness we need to take drugs. This is simply not the case. We merely need to help the body heal itself. So, how do we do this?
Simply, if you are suffering from hair loss or any other illness, you need to give your body the BEST CHANCE to heal, and to do that you need to ensure that your body is getting the right nutrients from the food you eat. The best food is fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. Without question the majority of the population don’t eat enough fruit and veg, especially raw fruit and veg! The ideal diet has a large percentage of its energy from fresh produce. If you’re not eating enough, then start!
Next, there’s rest and sleep. If you’re on the go for 16+ hours a day and are lucky to be getting 5 or 6 hours of sleep each night then something has to change. You won’t be healthy unless you get at least 7 to 8 hours of interrupted sleep a night. You also need time to rest and meditate each day! Instead of relaxing in front of the TV when you get home, go somewhere peaceful and sit or lie quietly for half an hour. It will benefit you enormously.
The next biggie is exercise. We all know we need to exercise more, but few people do enough. Even if all you can fit in is a half hour walk each day, then do it! Getting outside means fresh air and sunlight (sunlight is also crucial in the production of Vitamin D in the body). Your body needs to get outside into the fresh air regularly. Too much sitting in air conditioned or heated rooms leaves people unwell.
If you’ve got thinning hair then be sensible, look after yourself and get enough rest! Not only will you do wonders for your hair, but your whole body will become healthier too!
